Welcome to the Chickadee Hut in the Superior National Forest! Located approximately 700 vertical feet above Lake Superior in the Sawtooth Mountains.
Built to inspire guests to live simply and sustainably. Just steps from the 115+ kilometer Norpine Ski Trail, a 35 minute hike up 330 vertical feet to the 310 mile Superior Hiking Trail, a short bike ride to some of the best gravel and single track bike trails in the upper Midwest and a 25 minute trip up the Caribou trail to BWCA entry points 40 and 41.
